Refund policy
Returns
As most of our items are currently made to order, we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us uncut. Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired, a replacement or full refund will be offered.
Fabrics are only considered faulty if they are obviously flawed on the front of the fabric, Minor flaws along the selvedge and discolorations or fuzzies on the backside are not considered faulty. Mild color differences are not considered faulty. Mild color differences from screen to fabric is not considered faulty. We will try to correct major color discrepancies when possible. Our colors tend to print brightly. We print in CMYK, and RGB will be less accurate typically. Print records are not kept and unknown sizing cannot be duplicated accurately. We ARE NOT responsible for files sent to us not seamless. We do not guarantee pieces over 1 continuous yard.
Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the US.
Items should be returned, unused, uncut, and unwashed. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

We recommend that you take a photo of items you are returning and get tracking as proof of your return. This may also aid you in the case of a Paypal Claim.
Refunds
All canceled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be liable for the cost of return postage. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
